JAKARTA: Indonesian shares rose 47.65 points to 3,769.99 on todays closing. Jakarta Composite index (JCI) lifted 1,28% and moved within the range of 3.722,91 - 3.771,79.
Among 418 shares in the index, 98 increased, 123 declined and 197 stagnant.Bank CIMB Niaga led the gain with 11.90 points, followed by Astra International with 7.99 points, Adaro Energy with 4.78 points and Bank International Indonesia with 4.67 points.Shares that slacken the index growth were Bank Negara Indonesia with 4.97 points, followed by XL Axiata with -1.53 points, Bank Mandiri with -1,24 points and Telekomunikasi Indonesia with -1.21 point.sThe stronger IDX was a reflection of positive contribution performed by eight of nine sectoral indexes which drove by finance with 33.13% followed by mining with 25.57%, miscellaneous industry with 17.59%, basic industry and chemical with 9.75% and trade and service 5.07%.In line with JCI, BISNIS-27 also closed jumped 5.25 points or 1.59% to 335.59.
