JAKARTA: PT Supermal Karawaci is allocating IDR500 billion to be invested in a U Residence apartment project in Tangerang, which will be completed by 2013.
Director of U Residence Jimmy Salim stated that the residential needs in Karawaci region, Tangerang, is constantly high as the region developes to be an integrated and independent business region.In addition, he also confirmed that the apartment construction is supposed to cover vertical demand in the integrated region.Furthermore, the U Residence apartment is constructed on 6,000-sqm area with 40 floors and 1,123 units.He is optimistic to launch the apartment to public by 2013 since its development has started last October. It targets college students as the location is near to Pelita Harapan University. (T01/NOM)
