JAKARTA: PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk together with CIMB Bank Bhd are planning to propose to three Singaporean banks for a US$105 million loan syndication for PT Plaza Indonesia Reality Tbk.President Director of CIMB Niaga Arwin Rasyid said that it gives three months for the banks to join in the financing. There will be three Singaporean banks but I can not mention the names yet.At the moment, he continued, CIMB Niaga is on the process of preparing the entry of the three Singaporean banks. The financing disbursement is now jointly prepared with CMB Bhd in a composition of 50%-50%. In the future, the composition will change as the three banks from Singapore join in, he added.The disbursement of US$105 million loan facility to PT Plaza Indonesia Realty Tbk was done yesterday. It will be used to refinance the existing loan realized in 2006 to fund Plaza Indonesias expansion project. For the credit facility, Bank CIMB Niaga charges 6.5% interest rate for 5-year term.
