JAKARTA: PT Asuransi Parolamas is ready to dispose 51% of its shares to the public in 2011 due to higher interests from some local and foreign companies.Parolamas Managing Director T. Yohas Raffli said that so far the insurance company has conducted due dilligence to 3-4 companies that interest in buying its shares.Besides, he continued, PT Parolamas also has conducted internal evaluations and discussions related to the plan, in which the main purpose is to boost the growth performance of the company in 2011."Until now, we are still reviewing some companies. The disposal process is expected to take place next year. We hope to get it ready in time, like early next year," he told Bisnis yesterday.Yohas uttered the company hopes to partner with an insurance company, even though it is also opened to non-insurance companies.Other criteria include a public company in addition to support the companys plan to go public in the near future."In the future, we hope the company which is going to acquire Parolamas is a large and publicly listed insurance company.
