JAKARTA: PT Bakrie Sumatera Plantations through its subsidiary, PT Nibung Arthamulia, acquired 99.6% shares of PT Domas Agrointi Prima in PT Sawitmas Agro Perkasa.Nibung Arthamulia also acquired 0.4% shares which was owned by Sawitmas Agro.Corporate Secretary Fitri Barnas in the information disclosure submitted to the Indonesia Stock Exchange today said that the acquisition which has been made on December 16, 2010 was a realization of the third rights issue."Thus the company, through its subsidiaries, namely PT Nibung Arthamulia and PT Grahadura Leidongprima, has purchased a company engaged in palm oil and rubber plantation and oleochemical processing as a realization of the third rights issue," he explained.On May 3, the company through its subsidiary, Grahadura Leidongprima, acquired 100% shares of PT Citalaras Cipta Indonesia. Based on the purchase agreement on April 29, 2010, the company acquired 7,000 shares.The company has conducted the third right issue with preemptive rights to about 9.45 billion shares at a price of IDR525 per share.
