Bank Mutiara seeks IDR9 trillion managed fund

JAKARTA: PT Bank Mutiara Tbk seeks a significant growth in its managed fund to IDR9 trillion next year by benefiting from priority banking service. The company is optimistic to realize the target along with the increasing number of priority banking customers that are predicted to reach 1,000 customers by 2011.Next year, we expect to have 3,000 priority banking customers with total managed fund surpassing IDR500 million. On this assumption, we target to manage IDR9 trillion, said President Director of Bank Mutiara, Maryono, today.He further said that until November 2010, the number of priority banking customers have reached 2,000 with the total managed fund of IDR6 trillion.The priority banking customers consist of individual and corporate customers, contributing 60% to the bank's third-party fund.Our customers are spread across Indonesia, from Makasar, Surabaya, and Medan. Next, we will foster our priority banking service in some areas that have not been tapped before, he added. (T02/NOM)
