JAKARTA: Indonesia stocks gained some points to close at 3,637.45 in todays closing. The Jakarta Composite Index added 68.64 points or 1.92% from yesterday's closing. It moved within the range of 3,569.46 3,642.10.Of 420 shares in the index, 125 shares rose and 77 fell.PT Astra International led the advance with 5.78 points, followed by PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia with 4.36 points, PT Bank Mandiri with 3.71 points and PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia with 3.60 points.Shares that weighed down the index were PT Plaza Indonesia Realty with minus 0.97 points, PT Inti Agri Resources with minus 0.68 points, PT Bumi Serpong with minus 0.42 points and PT Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional with minus 0.42 points.All nine sectoral indeces in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) performed positively led by finance contributing 28.05%, mining with 23.96%, consumer goods with 12.82%, infrastructure, utility and transportation with 12.09% and miscellaneous industry with 10.01%.In line with IDX, BISNIS-27 also added 7.04 points or 2.25% to close at 319.98.
