JAKARTA: PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk begin to build two of its superior projects namely Alam Sutera Office Tower and Silkwood Residences Apartment, which require an investment valued at IDR450 billion.
Company Secretary of Alam Sutera Hendra Kurniawan said Alam Sutera Office Tower is a 20-story office building that will be used as Alam Sutera head office and the rest of the story will be leased to a third party.The topping off of the projecys has been done on 16 December while Silkwood Residences Apartment piles begin to be construct today, which became the prime apartment project in the development area of Alam Sutera."Silkwood Residences consist of two towers with 21-story each that will be constructed in phases starting from the first tower named as Maple Tower following by the second tower named as Oak Tower," he said in an official statement, today.According to him, the company require an investment valuing to IDR150 billion to build the towers.Development of these two projects is a strategy for the company to alter the North area of Alam Sutera to become a strategic business center because beside mall, there will be office buildings, apartments, universities and also hotels in that area.Throughout 2010, Alam Sutera has launched several products, i.e. Element office & shop, Jalur Sutera office & shop, Sutera Palmyra second and third construction phases, Silkwood Residences Apartment, Spektra office & shop, Sutera Renata-Aurora, Sutera Renata-Alba, and Sutera Feronia Park.
