Indonesian stocks loose 0.25%,led by finance

JAKARTA: Indonesian stocks fell 9.15 points at the end of trading session today. Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) slipped 0.25% to 3,611.53 from yesterday closing at 3,620.68. The index moved in the range of 3,587.99 3,626.12. Of 420 shares traded in the index, almost three shares fell for every share that rose.PT Bank Central Asia led the decline with minus 2.90 points, followed by PT Perusahaan Gas Negara with minus 2.88 points, PT Bank Danamon with minus 1.98 points and PT Indo Tambangraya with minus 1.81 points.Shares that supported the index were PT Bayan Resources with 6.34 points, PT Plaza Indonesia Realty with 0.97 points, PT Adaro Energy with 0.95 points and PT Bank Mega with 0.56 points.Four of nine sectoral indexes in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) negatively contributed, led by finance with minus 72.65%, infrastructure, utility and transportation with minus 58.19%, consumer goods with minus 17.07% and basic industry and chemical with minus 9.99%.BISNIS-27 Index also trimmed by 1.58 points or 0.50% to 315.70.
