CIMB Niaga issues IDR1.6 billion of subordinated bonds

JAKARTA: PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk today listed its subordinated bond II with a fixed rate on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).Bank CIMB Niaga released IDR1.6 billion of subordinated bond II which will be settled in 10 years.The bonds obtained a double A (AA) rating with a stable outlook by PT Fitch Ratings Indonesia.PT Bank Permata Tbk was pointed as the trustee of this bond issuance.Throughout 2010, the total Bonds/sukuk/ABS issuance that have been recorded was 34 issuances or IDR38.381 trillion, which consists of 31 issued bonds amounted IDR37, 384 trillion and 3 issuances of Sukuk valued at IDR997 billion.(t03/wiw)
