Protelindo seals US$250 million loan

JAKARTA: Base transceiver station operator PT Professional Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Protelindo), PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk subsidiary, pockets US$250 million loan facility from a number of banks. Sarana Menaras Corporate Secretary Haryo Dewanto stated the facility was sealed on May 3, 2011 between Protelindo and DBS Bank Ltd, OCBC Corporation Ltd, Standard Chartered Bank and Hong Kong-based The Royal Bank of Scotland NV.The Royal Bank of Scotland Plc works as facility agent while PT Bank Central Asia Tbk works as common security agent, he said in an official statement in Jakarta, yesterday.
