Unilever to distribute IDR344/share dividend

JAKARTA: Annual general meeting of shareholders of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk decided to distribute final dividend of IDR334 per share or equal to IDR3.38 trillion on July 13, 2011. President Director of Unilever Indonesia Maurits Lalisang said the general meeting of shareholders also appointed Ira Noviarti and Vishal Gupta to become director of the company and Hikmahanto Juwana to be responsible as an independent commissioner of Unilever."In a dynamic situation during 2010, we continued to invest in capital expenditure totaled IDR1.3 trillion to increase production and distribution facilities," he said today.Maurist explained the company allocated between 300 million euros and 350 million euros in capital expenditure until 2012.
