PTPN XIII to issue IDR80 billion notes

JAKARTA: PT Perkebunan Nusantara (Persero) XIII enrolled an issuance of medium term notes (MTN) with A series worth IDR80 billion from this years total MTN plan around IDR170 billion.Official data from PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia shows that the rupiah-denominated bond was released on May 26, 2011. It matures on May 26, 2011, with fixed coupon and interest payment every 3 months.The company has pocketed A rating from PT Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia, which reflects the increasing number of trees with prime age category, strong cash flow protection, and high price of crude palm oil.
