JAKARTA: PT Selamat Sempurna, filter and radiator manufacturers, is ready to pay its fourth bonds coupons amounting to IDR4.22 billion.In an information disclosure to Indonesia Stock Exchange today, the total bonds coupons consist of IDR2.06 billion of the 2010 B Series bond with 10.3% rate per year and the IDR2.06 billion of 2010 C Series with 10.8% rate per year.The company manufactures filters, radiators, oil coolers, condensers, brake pipes, fuel pipes, fuel tanks, exhaust systems, and press parts. Selamat Sempurna has been listed since 1996, at Indonesian Stock Exchange.Currently, the company owns 70% of PT Panata Jaya Mandiri, a joint venture company with US-based Donaldson Inc and also 15% in PT POSCO IJPC, a joint venture company with Korea's Posco and Daewoo International Corporation.PT Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia affirmed its idAA- ratings of Selamat Sempurna and its outstanding Bond II/2010 series B and C. The ratings reflect the companys favorable revenue growth from both filter and radiator productions, very conservative capital structure, and very strong cash flow protection. The ratings, however, are still constrained by the companys exposure to commodity price volatility. (NOM)
