JAKARTA: Central Park Mall, flagship projek PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk, menerima 3 penghargaan dalam ajang kompetisi Asia Pacific Property Awards 2012.
Penghargaan tersebut yakni 5 Sart Awards untuk kategori best public service development serta 2 penghargaan Highly C0mmended untuk kategori best retail development dan best mixed-use development untuk tingkat Asia Pasifik.
"Central Park juga berhasil masuk kedalam nominasi sebagai finalis dalam International Property Awards 2012 untuk ketegori best public service development," jelas Veri Y. Setiady, Executive Director Central Park Mall seperti dikutip dalam release hari ini.
Sebelumnya Central Park bersaing dengan 23 negara se-Asia Pasifik untuk menerima penghargaan itu.
Panel juri terdiri dari 70 professional diantaranya Fiona Nixon, chairman of the Australian Institute of Architects; Patrick Grove, co-founder of IPGA Ltd; Peter Bolton King, group chief executive of the National Federation of Property professionals; David Dalby of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS); dan Mike McNamara of the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS).
